Activity Information Update
Spa: please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time for check-in. If you have questions regarding the details of your appointment, please contact Helen at 717-891-0651 or Lida at 717-515-2651.
Golf: meet at the Chateau Circle outside of the lobby between 12:50-1:00 PM to take a shuttle to the golf course. If you have any questions, please contact Alec at 717-856-4126 or Ryan at 717-443-5490.
Skeet Shooting: please meet at the Chateau Circle outside of the lobby at 12:45 PM to take the private shuttle to the activity location. The shuttle will be designated with a sign that says “Private.” If you have any questions, contact Cassie at 717-712-3594 or Brock at 717-599-9386.
Jeep Tour: meet at the Chateau Circle outside of the lobby at 1:00 PM to catch a shuttle to the activity location. If you have any questions, please contact Helen at 717-891-0651.
Where you are staying
- We have reserved a room for you at the Nemacolin Chateau located at 1001 Lafayette Drive, Farmington, PA 15437. Your room will be billed to the Progressive Dental Concepts master account.
- When you check in, provide your name and mention that you are with Progressive Dental Concepts. You will be asked to provide a credit card for any personal incidentals you may incur.
What to wear during your visit
- Business casual attire or any step above would be appropriate for meetings and group dinners.
- Athletic wear, torn denim, sneakers, or flip flops are not permitted in most cases (except for golf, spa, or skeet shooting).
Schedule: Please be prompt for all activities so we can stay on schedule and allow as much free time for you to enjoy the resort
Oct. 8 –
- 6:30 – 8:30 PM – Welcome reception in the Grand Ballroom (Salon D & E)
Oct. 9 –
- 7:00- 8:00 AM – Breakfast in the Marquis Ballroom (Salon 3)
- 8 AM-12 PM – Leadership session in the Marquis Ballroom (Salon 4)
- 1-5 PM – Your chosen activity (golf, spa, skeet shooting, etc.)
- 6 PM – Group dinner in the Grand Ballroom (Salon C, D E & F)
Oct. 10 –
- 8:00 – 10:00 AM – Closing breakfast in Grand Ballroom (Salon C,D E & F)
